Local work

Poole businesses I work with

A lot of my Poole work has come through the window cleaning trade, and it has grown into a trade platform, a product site, a scheduling app and two cleaning companies’ websites, alongside a men’s health community.

Industry platform

Window Cleaners Emporium

An online platform for the window cleaning trade: classified ads, supplier and cleaner directories, reviews, a blog and a shop. I look after its technical SEO, hosting and the editing tools behind it.

Product site

PureTurbo

A product site for a pure water additive used by window cleaners with water-fed poles. Built in Next.js, with the SEO, schema, analytics and branding done alongside it.

App

Window Cleaning Guru

A scheduling app for window cleaners: rounds that rebook themselves, each day put in the shortest driving order, and payments tracked on the doorstep. It keeps working with no signal.

Community & wellbeing

Men Matter

A men's health and community site with articles, events and circles, plus an admin area so the organisers publish their own posts and events.

Questions

Web design in Poole: common questions

Can we meet in person?

Yes. If you’re in or around Poole, I’m happy to meet for the first conversation. If a call suits you better, that works just as well.

Do you only work with Poole businesses?

No. Poole is where I’m based, but I work with businesses right across the UK, on the same terms and prices.

How long does a website take?

Around a fortnight for five pages and three to four weeks for seven, counting from when your photos and details reach me. Whatever we agree goes into the quote as a date.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Yes. As well as new builds, I take on existing sites to fix, speed up and look after, and I’ll tell you honestly whether yours is worth keeping or better rebuilt.

Will my site show up when people in Poole search for what I do?

Nobody can honestly promise a ranking. What helps most is a page for each service and area you cover, a fast site, a properly set-up Google Business Profile and genuine reviews, and that’s what I build in.
