What is HR Website Design? Who's behind it?

HR Website Design is me, Hayden Ross. I design, build and look after websites for small businesses and trades across the UK, along with the SEO and social media that keep them found.

I spent around two and a half years doing freelance web design and digital marketing before setting up HR Website Design earlier this year. Nothing is outsourced. The person you speak to on the first call writes the brief, builds the site and answers the phone a year later.

I’m based in Poole, Dorset, and work with clients right across the UK. Most of the work happens by phone, e-mail or video call, so where you are makes no difference to the work or the price. You can see where my clients are based.

So far that’s included window cleaners, pest control, a physiotherapy clinic, funeral services, a celebrant, a transport firm, an industry platform for the window cleaning trade and a scheduling app. Every project starts with a fixed price in writing, you see it privately before it goes live, and aftercare keeps it looked after once it does.
